At Delivrd, we help clients take the stress out of car buying. Our Deal Coordinators are at the front lines, negotiating deals and closing opportunities. We’re now looking for a Deal Support Specialist — a flexible role designed to keep both our team and our clients running smoothly.

What This Job Is Really About:

At Delivrd, we don’t do vague roles or ambiguous expectations. Here’s what you’ll be walking into:

Support Deal Coordinators by handling logistics like shipping setup, delivery follow-through, and post-deal client touchpoints (making sure vehicles are picked up, deliveries are smooth, and reviews are requested).
Act as a client experience champion, ensuring every customer feels supported, heard, and cared for throughout their journey.
Negotiate a small volume of deals directly with dealerships (when staffing requires it), gaining experience in the same playbook our Deal Coordinators use.
Jump in flexibly where the team needs you most — whether that’s assisting with communications, organizing details in our systems, or problem-solving when things don’t go as planned.
Be a bridge between client experience and deal execution, ensuring no step is missed from “deal signed” to “dream in the driveway.”

Comfortable Speaking on the Phone: Whether it’s clients, vendors, or business partners, you’re confident and professional in verbal communication, ensuring every conversation is productive and clear.
Assertiveness with Diplomacy: You know how to be direct and firm without ever coming across as rude, balancing assertiveness with respect and tact.

Using Video Tools: You’re comfortable leveraging tools like Loom to communicate effectively with Tomi, the team, and other stakeholders.
Video Meeting Participation: You’re prepared to join video meetings, assist with agendas, and help guide discussions to ensure they run smoothly and productively.
Exceptional Communication: Your emails are clear, concise, and professional. You know how to craft messages that get results.
Problem-Solving Ability: You bring a professional, practiced approach to handling everyday business challenges. From resolving routine issues to navigating complex tasks, you draw on your experience and best practices to move things forward seamlessly. Your ability to methodically address problems and implement effective solutions is second nature, ensuring nothing stands in the way of progress.
